Description: It is an authentic engraved antique map over 150 years old with original handcoloring and a centerfold as issued. It is by A. Le Bealle as stated in the bottom left margin. It is from A. Le Bealle, Nouvel Atlas des Departements et des Communes, published in Paris, 1864, a copy of the title page is included. There are also a couple of descriptive sheets and key sheet for the communes that are numbered on the map, as seen in the pics. It is not matted or framed being sold as a single map. Size: The map image measures approximately 9 1/2 x 14 1/2 inches (24x37cm) on a 10 1/2 by 16 page (27x41cm) with a margin all around, as seen in the main pic. Condition: It is in Very Good condition for its age with overall very light tonal ageing and some darkening around the edges. Overall, it is very clean with strong color that would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
