18" KICKER 03CVR18 old rare competition🇱🇷 subwoofer🔈🔉🔊 🌪 The Ghost 👻 Sub!

Description: This is the 2nd generation of the CompVR series made by Kicker in the USA of 2003. My favorite my Kickers of all time. 20 years+ old. Every single part is over-the-top and state-of-the-art. In my honest opinion, this sub was way ahead of it's time and capable of crushing competitors. How many Fosgates do you know had stitched rubber surrounds or rubber coated tinsel leads? It wouldn't surprise me if this was the most durable single spider subwoofer ever designed. I'd probably bet money on it. I believe this was the last series made in an 18" model by Kicker before they came out with those ugly ass square subs and basically every other sub they made after it. The truth is, many people still to this day didn't know about this sub and that Kicker made an 18" in this series. That's why it is called, The Ghost Sub. It's the dual 2 ohms version, which will hit even lower than the d4. Both voice coils each read out perfectly. The sub will play like new and the spider still needs to be broken in. It's heavy, much heavier than it looks. The sub is still in same condition as I got it about 5 years ago. It had tons of liquefied sticky residue under the rubber basket gasket. I think it took me like 3 days to remove every bit. I'm not sure what it was because the outer surround is still strongly attached to the basket. After completely cleaning, I stored it away in a box and I planned to use this sub but never got to. I just have too much stuff and I need to make more space, so alot of it'll be for sale.
