"At a Monthly Meeting for Sufferings held in Philadelphia, the 13th day of the 10th month 1757" It is addressed "For the Quarterly Meeting in Chester County". "Sign'd by order of our said meeting James Pemberton Clerk" Approx. 20 lines long. 1757 Approx. 8.5" x 7" The document has two horizontal creases from being folded.
