Description: This is a previously owned item that was displayed in a home up until a couple years ago. Franklin Mint offered this item in the 1990’s. This is a description: Precision engineered decorative replica (non-functional) of the original telegraph station housed at the Autry Museum of Western Heritage. Crafted with copper plated coils, brass components, a marble platform on a hardwood base, and a brass plate with Morse Code. Inc Base is 13.625" wide and 5.5" deep. This unit had one owner. The Morse faceplate is immaculate as its original shipping plastic protection was removed for these pictures. There are some minor knocks around the edges from normal handling. One of the telegraph keys has some changes in finish from cleaning. A lovely item for those interested in early communications or gold rush.
