If nobody wants it I'm going to just keep the sheath for myself and put a nice Bowie knife in it Here we have a Pakistan-made start to a Bowie knife. it's 15 1/2" long overall; the blade is 9 1/2" long; the blank is 3/16" thick. You're probably looking at it for the sheath. The sheath is a beauty, and fits this knife like a glove. It's five layers thick, has a strap keeper,, and a sewn-on pouch for a sharpening stone. It has a thick belt loop, will fit a 4" belt or molle. I've purchased sheaths for various knives, so I know what I'd be willing to pay for such a quality leather sheath. It's worth the starting bid price by itself. I was going to build a custom handle / scales for it and then decided it's out of my league. it does look like someone tried but didn't complete the job either. I can't say that it really has been used though it has where from bouncing around. The blade has some surface rust on the edge, but that'll polish or sharpen out, and it actually has a very sharp edge on it right now. There are a number of holes drilled in the grip, which you can use or drill your own. It doesn't look like they'll weaken its integrity any. If you need more pics, please just ask.
