It has a figure 8 catch on one side and a tension hinge on the other, so it is easy to put on and take off. It weighs 4.2 grams and is very well-made. It is stamped 14K on the inside of the bangle. I have cleaned it in the ultrasound and cloth polished it, but it honestly it looks brand new. Great for any special occasions or every day wear, perfect for any age!
