VERY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE USA: eBay's new international shipping program currently does not allow for combining multiple items into one package/shipment. Until they figure out a way to change this, unfortunately the only workaround that eBay has suggested is to cancel all wins from multi-item non-USA bidders and re-list all the individual items in one listing for the bidder to buy.
