Description: This listing is for 12+ Shiro Utsuri isopods. They will be of mixed sizes (juvies/sub-adult/adult). I will pick the largest available for you. I will include extras to cover any loss during shipping. *shipping: Shipping is 2-3 day priority mail with USPS, and comes with tracking number. I will provide complimentary heating and cooling packs as needed. I package them with the worst case scenarios in mind, so they are well padded and have food and moisture to last at least a week in a box if needs be. I will reach out if it looks like the temps are too hot or too cold to ship, (they ship better in the cold than 100+ temps) and make arrangements with you. I only ship on Mondays to avoid delays. If you live in CA I can ship Tuesday and Wednesday as well. For the Live arrival guarantee you must notify me within 30 mins of delivery. No shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. As far as care goes- these guys seem to like it on the drier side with a moisture gradient. (One side damp and one side more dry.) They love to eat carrots, zucchini and bee pollen. It will take these guys a little bit to settle in to their new home, but after a while they are prolific breeders and you’ll have more than you know what to do with. It took mine about a year to have enough to comfortably sell. They’re nocturnal so you wont see them out much during the day but they’re quite active when the lights go out. They definitely function as a “cleanup crew” for your gecko/reptile enclosures, but most people keep them in a species only enclosure. Thanks for looking!
