It is designed for machines which do not have gas solenoid valves in them. Common brand names/designations are WP-9V (Weldcraft), PTA-9V (Lincoln), DB-9V (Miller Diamond Back). This is an extremely high quality tig welding torch which features a one piece cable design. The cable is extremely flexible - it is not rubber or vinyl - and it will stay flexible in cold weather. This design puts much less strain on your wrist and makes the torch feel lighter. We will put this torch against any of the above mentioned torches in both quality and performance. A 9 series torch is a nice small compact tig torch. It is very popular with people building aircraft due to its nice compact size. It uses 13N series Alumina Cups which are about 1 1/8" long. The super flexible one piece cable assembly is 12 feet long. This is a 125 amp 100% duty cycle torch. This 9 series torch includes a long back cap, but does not include any collets, collet bodies alumina cups or tungsten.
