Description: Offered is this small vintage homemade white-painted wooden Adirondack chair. Although not marked, it came with a note stating it was made by Mary Ann Whitaker in Hartwell, Georgia in 1945. The chair is approx. 12 3/4" high, about 12 1/4" across and approx. 11 3/4" from front to back. The seat opening is approx. 7 3/4" across and about 6" from front to back near the bottom, probably too small for a child but good for an appropriately-sized doll or bear. It is in good condition. The wood is solid. There are a few nails that are sticking up slightly. The white paint has some age cracking and some runs. There are some areas underneath that are unpainted and where the previous paint colors show. Please take a moment to look at the other items in my eBay store!
