The Ball Point needle pushes aside the fiber it encounters in penetration and thereby avoids making a damaging hole in the fabric.This 15x1ST needle is a special version of the 15X1 for embroidery and decorative stitching. It has an oversized eye designed to reduce stress and tension on the thread, making it highly applicable to Decorative Stitching.
